TC Young has announced that Karen Fulton has joined the firm as a partner in its residential property team. She was previously a partner at Bird Semple and most recently was head of residential for Scotland at Blackadders. She is now looking to focus on her core areas of Glasgow and the central belt

TC Young has been appointed to advise West of Scotland Housing Association for at least the next three years.  The firm has significant experience in the housing sector and also place a considerable emphasis on supporting its RSL clients in their communities through social value.
