As part of Terra Firma’s continuing commitment to strengthening relationships with law firms and direct access organisations across Scotland, members of the stable will be providing some legal illumination this November with a series of events featuring topical talks, professional insight and networking. The series kicks off at the MacKenzie Building in Edinburgh on 5th November before heading north to the Glenmoriston Town House in Inverness on 11th November, with the final stop being the Royal Northern & University Club in Aberdeen on 12th November.

This year’s seminars will feature the following talks:

• Variation and Discharge of Title Conditions – Francesca Glendinning (Alan Innes will present the talk in Aberdeen)
• Contentious Executries – Ryan Houghton
• Planning Law – Kenneth Young

Each seminar has been accredited for 1.5 hours of CPD by the Faculty of Advocates and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society of Scotland for solicitors. 

Coffee and registration will begin at 4.15pm, with talks getting underway at 4.30pm. The formal proceedings will be followed by a drinks reception at 6pm, providing an opportunity to catch up with colleagues and members of Chambers.
