Addleshaw Goddard has announced the high-growth technology businesses selected for its 2025 AG Elevate programme.
Three of this year’s cohort of 10 are based in Scotland.
The businesses, headquartered across the United Kingdom, France, Turkey and the UAE, will receive a bespoke package of legal support, regular mentoring with world-class legal teams, and access to a global calendar of seminars and networking opportunities.
The latest cohort includes businesses from a range of different sectors including human resources, green finance, health and biotech, media, retail and construction. Six of the businesses use AI as part of their core product offering.
The businesses will work with AG’s legal teams across its global offices and benefit from advice on handling complex legal issues such as intellectual property protection, data privacy, investment, compliance, corporate governance, contracts and trade regulations.
The Scottish businesses selected for AG Elevate 2025 are:
- Poetry HR Limited: Redefining global HR operations with its AI-powered workspace, Poetry HR Limited helps teams save time through automated talent intelligence, sourcing assets and recruitment marketing content.
- Level E Research Limited: Edinburgh-based Level E Research is revolutionising asset management with autonomous AI agents delivered via a SaaS platform, driving efficiency and productivity for financial institutions.
- Tily Blooms: A Femtech pioneer, Tily Blooms offers a purpose-built home insemination kit and support platform to provide an affordable, non-clinical option for individuals and couples trying to conceive.
David Anderson, partner at Addleshaw Goddard, and co-lead of AG Elevate said: “Growing a tech business comes with a wide range of legal and operational challenges, which can be difficult to navigate alone. Through AG Elevate, we provide bespoke legal support, personalised mentorship and access to a network of experienced industry professionals to help these companies scale successfully and achieve their goals.
“I’m particularly excited by this year’s cohort, with businesses tackling real-world challenges across sectors such as HR, fintech, climate innovation and Femtech. By combining innovation with ambition, these companies are poised to make a lasting impact and I look forward to working closely with them as they grow and create meaningful change globally.”
