Alex Small, a solicitor in Arbroath and a former honorary sheriff of Angus, has passed away at the age of 73, The Courier reports. Mr Small was a past captain of Arbroath Golf Club and an accomplished photographer. He was born in Forfar to James Small, a railway clerk and his wife Anna.
