In this new role for the firm Mr Nellany will deliver advice on a full range of restructuring and insolvency matters to the firm’s corporate and commercial clients. He will be based in the firm’s Edinburgh office.

Joining MBM as a partner from Brodies LLP, Mr Nellany’s experience spans a wide range of sectors including banking and finance, manufacturing, engineering, hospitality, healthcare and technology. He is ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers UK for his work in corporate restructuring and insolvency.

He said: “I am delighted to be spearheading this practice area for MBM Commercial and will be working closely with colleagues across the practice who will continue to provide expertise to clients in these matters.”
