The VIMBO secures continuity for the business, with the experienced leadership team assuming ownership while preserving established operations, customer relationships and product standards.

The transaction was led by Paul Macdonald, co-founder of Eventus Law, which specialises in advising owner-managed businesses across the UK on succession planning and exits.
