Blackadders LLP is to donate £34,000 to Maggie’s Centres across Scotland after a year of fundraising for the cancer support network.
The firm adopted Maggie’s as its charity of the year for 2025 and Blackadders’ teams from every office took part in a series of events and challenges to raise around £24,000. The firm boosted the fundraising efforts by employees with an extra donation of £10,000.
Across 2025, teams took part in Kiltwalks, firewalks, bake sales and charitable events at each office.
Emma Gray, joint managing partner, said: “What an incredible effort the whole team has put in this year to help Maggie’s. We aim to be at the heart of our communities and everyone has risen to the challenge of helping a charity that does such incredible work for people and families affected by cancer.”
Annie Long, Centre Fundraising Manager for Maggie’s in Dundee, said: “At Maggie’s we are so grateful to Blackadders for their fundraising and match funding for our Scottish centres.
“This massive effort and huge generosity have helped us give emotional care to people with cancer and their loved ones on nearly 50,000 occasions at four of our Scottish centres. We can’t thank the team enough.”
