The opportunity

We are looking for experienced private client solicitors – up to Partner level - to join our dynamic and expanding team in Perth.

Our Private Client team acts for a wide range of clients across Scotland, providing the full spectrum of Private Client services. This includes all aspects of trust and executry administration, the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, tax and succession planning, and a broad range of related matters.

Key Requirements/Skills

• Strong technical expertise across trusts, executries, wills, powers of attorney, tax, estates, and succession planning
• A calm, clientfocused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Interest in team leadership, collaboration and developing new opportunities
• The ambition to grow your practice within a respected, peoplecentred firm
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients in a friendly and confident manner.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
• A genuine interest in and passion for working with people, providing a high standard of client care and support throughout the executry process.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client care with a focus on understanding and responding to client needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to provide a high-quality service to clients and support the department’s goals.
• STEP membership is desirable.

This role will initially be fully office based however, after a period, flexible WFH/hybrid arrangements will be considered.
