TLT has reported a record annual turnover of £187 million in its latest financial results, with Scottish revenue having increased by over 400 per cent in six years.

Revenue was up by around 7.5 per cent from £174 million in the previous financial year.

The firm expanded its presence in Scotland during the 2024/2025 financial year, tripling its Edinburgh footprint with a move to the state-of-the-art New Clarendon building on George Street.

TLT also strengthened its footprint in Glasgow, expanding its workspace in Cadworks by providing an additional 60 desks and increasing headcount by 50 per cent.

The firm has recently welcomed new partners Colin Brown (real estate), Keith Anderson (commercial dispute resolution), Euan Cluness (banking) and Nick Shenken (future energy), alongside legal directors Barbara Mayne (real estate), Fiona Armour (real estate) and Katherine Doran (projects, infrastructure and construction).

Growth in Scotland has been driven by a number of high-profile matters including advising on the Energy Saving Trust partnership to improve energy efficiency for UK Airbnb hosts and the licensing for flagship events at the Murrayfield Stadium, including the recent Oasis concerts.

John-Paul Sheridan, partner and head of location in Scotland, said: “TLT’s record-breaking financial results are a testament to the strength of our strategy and the dedication of our people across the UK.
