TLT posts record £208m revenue after 11 per cent growth

TLT has reported record annual results after revenue rose 11 per cent to £208 million in 2025/26, doubling the firm’s turnover over the past five years.
The firm said net profit for the year was £27.3m, while profit per equity partner reached £635,000.
In Scotland, TLT promoted three lawyers to partner in Glasgow across its investment and asset management and projects, infrastructure and construction teams, and recently recruited employment partner Scott Milligan.
The firm also expanded its Glasgow office after increasing headcount by 50 per cent and doubled its Edinburgh office footprint by relocating to new premises.
The firm also secured appointment to the Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC) legal services framework and launched a new Pre-PEAT qualification pathway in Scotland aimed at widening access to the legal profession.
