On Tour with TFC: Three Cities, Three Seminars

With the darker nights drawing in, Terra Firma will be providing some legal illumination with three afternoons of topical talks, professional insight and networking. The series kicks off in Edinburgh on 5th November, before heading north to Inverness on 11th November and Aberdeen on 12th November.
This year’s seminars will feature:
- Variation and Discharge of Title Conditions – Francesca Glendinning (with Alan Innes presenting the talk in Aberdeen)
- Contentious Executries – Ryan Houghton
- Planning Law – Kenneth Young
These events form part of Terra Firma’s continuing commitment to strengthening relationships with law firms and direct access organisations across Scotland.
Each seminar has been accredited for 1.5 hours of CPD by the Faculty of Advocates and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society of Scotland for solicitors.
Coffee and registration will begin at 4.15pm, with talks getting underway at 4.30pm. The formal proceedings will be followed by a drinks reception at 6pm, providing an opportunity to catch up with colleagues and members of Chambers.
