Glasgow firm set to take on the Great Scottish Run for local hospice charity.

A team of budding runners from Jones Whyte LLP are gearing up to run the Great Scottish Run 10k & Half-Marathon next month in Glasgow. The firm, which is raising funds for the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, is putting forward 14 runners from across its offices to meet the target of £1,500.

Earlier this year, the firm raised £1,052 at its annual cocktail night and this month more than £200 at its coffee morning.

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice was nominated by the firm’s charity committee as one of its charities of the year for 2019, in recognition of the vital work the charity performs supporting the palliative care needs of people living in and around greater Glasgow.
