Jade Blair has been promoted to head of operations. In her new role, she will take on day-to-day management of the business, helping to drive operational efficiency and support Hamilton’s continued expansion.

Alongside this promotion, Kasey Manzie, Caitlin Timlin, and Damien O’Kane have also all been promoted to team leader positions. The trio will play a crucial role in supporting colleagues, developing internal processes and ensuring Hamiltons continues to deliver the high-quality services that their clients have come to expect.

The firm has also welcomed Mari-Louise Graham as senior administrator, further enhancing the administrative team at an exciting time for the business. As Hamiltons continues to grow, strong operational support remains central to maintaining the quality and consistency of service provided to clients.

Joining the growing team is Megan Neilly, who has taken on the role of marketing & content lead. Working closely with colleagues across the firm. she plays a key role in supporting conferences, networking events and client engagement activities, helping to strengthen relationships across Scotland’s legal sector and showcase the specialist knowledge within the HLA team.
