The acquisition, which took effect on 18 May, sees Wyllie & Henderson’s two consultants, Ian Lindsay and Angela Scott, join Gilson Gray alongside eight additional employees. All team members have been retained, ensuring continuity for clients, now backed by Gilson Gray’s wider expertise and resources.

The addition of a Perth office gives Gilson Gray a stronger foothold in a key regional market where it already supports a number of private and business clients. The firm expects to build on this momentum and explore further growth opportunities in the area.

As part of this expansion, legal director Sandra Teall has also relocated permanently from Dundee, further strengthening the local offering.
