Mr Tolmie has over nine years’ experience assisting insurance, commercial and public sector clients.

He leads complex cases in the Scottish courts, regularly conducting litigation in personal injury cases including employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic accidents. He specialises in high value claims, catastrophic claims and fatal cases.
