An accredited specialist in employment law, she typically advises employers on contentious issues including disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination, restructures and contractual disputes. Kirstie regularly conducts complex and high value tribunal litigation.
Sarah Donaldson has received a posthumous promotion to legal director. A highly respected lawyer, she specialised in catastrophic injury and large loss work and was known for her expertise, professionalism and unwavering support for colleagues and clients.
