The firm was the first in the Scottish legal sector to gain ‘Gold’ for both Investors in People (2011) and Investors in Young People (2016), in recognition of its people-centred approach to supporting colleagues.

The shortlist announcement follows news of Anderson Strathern welcoming 10 new trainees earlier this month and retaining all 10 of its current trainees as newly qualified solicitors, as well as growing its senior team with appointments in key practice areas such as commercial real estate, private client and immigration.
