The firm has retained its position as a supplier on the public sector legal framework, securing re-appointments across all six lots for which it tendered:

• Lot 1a - Full Legal Service Provision for all Public Sector
• Lot 1b - Full Legal Service Provision for Local Government and Local Communities (including Housing & Charity sectors)
• Lot 1c - Full Legal Service Provision for Health and Social Care
• Lot 2 - Focused Legal Support
• Lot 3 - Litigation and Disputes
• Lot 4 - Projects and Complex Advice including PPP

The agreement runs until August 2029, with an option to extend for a further two 12-month periods, and has a potential spend value of £440m.

GCA – formerly known as Crown Commercial Service (CCS) – is the UK’s central commercial and procurement organisation, connecting public and private sectors to achieve the best outcomes for the UK and its citizens.

As well as being appointed to six new lots, Anderson Strathern is currently undertaking work on two additional lots under the previous GCA framework.
