And finally… zucks to be me

A lawyer who shares his name with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is suing the social media platform for repeatedly deactivating his account.
In eight years, Mark Steven Zuckerberg, a bankruptcy lawyer in Indianapolis, has seen his official Facebook page suspended five times and his personal profile suspended four times.
Some suspensions have lasted as long as six months and have cost him communication with his clients and thousands of dollars in Facebook advertising, he told Indianapolis TV channel WTHR.
The lawyer pointed out he has had the name “way longer than he has”, having started practising law when the future Facebook founder was just three years old.
His lawsuit seeks the permanent restoration of his accounts as well as compensation for the lost advertising money.
“If [Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg] wants to fly here personally and say ‘I’m sorry’, or maybe let me spend a week on his boat to say I’m sorry, I’d probably take him up on that,” Mr Zuckerberg added.
Mr Zuckerberg’s most recent suspension, beginning four months ago, was reportedly reversed by Facebook shortly after he began his legal action.
A spokesperson for Meta said: “We have reinstated Mark Zuckerberg’s account, after finding it had been disabled in error. We appreciate Mr Zuckerberg’s continued patience on this issue and are working to try and prevent this from happening in the future.”
