Aberdein Considine has relocated its Newcastle office to a new home boasting views of the River Tyne.

The Scottish-headquartered firm has around 70 staff members in Newcastle, working principally in volume recovery and banking litigation on behalf of major UK lenders.

The team has moved from Cloth Market to a freshly refurbished, 5080 sq ft Grade A open plan office at West One on Newcastle’s Forth Banks.

The new top-floor office boasts a roof terrace and has been fitted out to incorporate a large boardroom overlooking the terrace and separate meeting rooms with large dining kitchen for staff.

Managing partner Jacqueline Law said: “Our new office in Newcastle is a breath of fresh air for colleagues, providing light, attractive and inspiring working and collaboration spaces, a social kitchen dining area and outside seating on the roof terrace, with views of the Tyne.

“Clients appreciate the office’s bright and modern meeting rooms and proximity to the city centre, too.

“We are grateful to all our partners for their support in facilitating this relocation and look forward to continuing to deliver excellent services to our clients from our well-appointed new base.”
