Mr Dawes brings more than 25 years’ experience in advising clients across the full spectrum of commercial property, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals and development and funding transactions.

He will support Chris Richardson, head of commercial real estate UK in driving the firm’s continued expansion following the opening of its office in Manchester’s Spinningfields in 2024.
