Prior to ALP’s engagement in the matter, the client had purchased an unfit vehicle and attempted to resolve the matter independently. ALP engaged in correspondence with the opposing party and successfully secured a four-figure refund.

Following a further dispute concerning a claim for inconvenience and distress, an application was made through simple procedure to the Sheriff Court. Further settlement discussions then ultimately resulted in a four-figure sum in compensation being secured.
