We are seeking a confident and organised solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE in employment law to join our busy Employment Law team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a growing firm where no two days are the same.

The role will involve advising clients on a wide range of employment matters, including workplace disputes, restructuring and redundancy, TUPE, drafting employment documentation, tribunal proceedings and client training.

The successful candidate will have sound employment law experience, strong communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations, risk, financial targets and deadlines. They will work closely with our partners, the wider Employment team and will play an active role in business development and client relationship initiatives.

Job title and salary will be commensurate with experience.
