The Money Laundering (Etc) Regulations 2017 require every law firm in Scotland to have a suite of documents, including a firm-wide risk assessment and a set of policies, controls and procedures to manage those risks.

This virtual classroom is suitable for solicitors (especially MLROs) who are unsure where to start or are unsure if their current policies are sufficiently robust. It will be highly participative, with a focus on peer-to-peer learning, facilitated by the course leader Iain Sim.
