Job Purpose

To provide high quality legal advice and support services to our clients. To assist the firm in achieving its stated professional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• To meet agreed fee earning targets and agreed goals.
• Manage a varied workload advising on all family law matters
• Manage resources and time recording processes effectively to maximise the profitability of your work and have highly developed organisational skills.
• Represent Blackadders and manage client and referral relationships to develop business for the firm.
• Deliver high quality client advice.
• Develop clients.
• Manage your work as a team player.
• Work well under pressure.
• Produce quality work.
• Work efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise the work you delegate.
