Family Solicitor
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Law solicitor, to join our Inverness office at Macleod & MacCallum. We have a well-established and varied client base throughout the Highlands & Islands and offer clients all forms of alternate dispute resolution. This is an exciting opportunity to live and work in the Highlands and join our highly regarded and welcoming Family Law team.
As an award-winning legal firm employing over 50 people, we are seeking applicants with excellent organisational and communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workloads accordingly. In return we offer a supportive and sociable working environment. This is a permanent position and a great opportunity to join an evolving firm, with genuine career prospects.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and take on responsibility for their own case load. They will be dedicated to providing a high standard of client services and have strong advocacy skills.
The role will include, but not be limited to:-
- Advising clients on financial provision on Separation and Divorce;
- Child contact arrangements;
- Cohabitant and Prenuptial agreements; and
- Adoption
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
