Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (NQ+)

We are recruiting for a lawyer to join one of Scotland’s leading Commercial Real Estate teams, based in the North of Scotland. We operate in all the key sectors in the Scottish economy.  We are well-known for our work across commercial and residential development, and in the investment, marine economy, energy supply chain, healthcare, hospitality, leisure and industrial sectors.  We are looking to grow the team to meet client demand and market opportunities.

The team deals with commercial property purchases and sales, leases and lease management work, investment, development, portfolio management, corporate support and funding; offering a great opportunity for a responsive and driven lawyer who will be given direct client contact, business development opportunities and support to make the most of their talent.

Corporate Solicitor (1+ PQE)

Ranked among the country’s leading dealmakers, Harper Macleod’s Corporate team continues to grow and we’re looking to recruit a lawyer to join the team
You will deal with a broad range of corporate transactions including complex, challenging and high-profile corporate matters.  The team covers M&A, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Ideally this role would suit an individual who has connections to the Highlands, Islands or Moray and who is proactive in business development in these areas however this is not essential.
You must be able to work well within a team environment and be capable of dealing directly with numerous and varied client enquiries and transactions at any one time. The role is ideally suited for those who have ambitions to progress their career and is comfortable with a significant amount of client contact.
