In recent years, there has been an increase in media reports of people suffering as a result of botched cosmetic procedures. In this webinar, we are looking at the law protecting consumers and the potential impact of the Scottish Government’s proposals for a Non-Surgical Cosmetic Procedures Bill.

Derek Couper, Head of Clinical Negligence at Slater and Gordon, will cover the current regulations in place and the position which the courts have taken in negligence claims against providers of cosmetic procedures. We will also reflect on the potential impact of the reforms being considered by the Scottish Government.
