Axiom Annual Commercial Conference

Axiom is delighted to announce its Annual Commercial Conference, taking place on Friday, 2 October 2026, at The Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh.

Axiom is particularly pleased to welcome The Hon Lord Lake as the conference’s keynote speaker. Lord Lake will deliver a presentation entitled “A grand unified theory of contract: so near and yet so far”.

The conference, chaired by Chris Paterson KC  will bring together distinguished speakers and leading commercial practitioners to discuss current developments, emerging issues and the challenges shaping the modern commercial landscape. 

Alongside Lord Lake, a further outstanding line-up of speakers, including The Lord Davidson of Glen Clova KC, Andrew McWhirter, Emma Boffey and Mitchell Abbott, each bringing considerable expertise and insight to the event.
