Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised Lomond on its acquisition of Scottish lettings and estate agency Clyde Property Group, including Burgh Property and Cathedral Estates.
Founded in 1987 and led by co-founder Gary Thomson, Clyde is a well-established, owner-led sales and lettings agency with a strong reputation for local market knowledge and an innovative, digital-first approach. Its people-first culture has helped build long-standing client relationships and a loyal, experienced team.
