Watermans welcomes NQ solicitor
Robyn Lynch
A Dunfermline local is celebrating a career milestone this week, having successfully completed her legal traineeship with Watermans.
Robyn Lynch, who obtained her law degree and diploma from the University of Stirling and Robert Gordon University respectfully, celebrated with her team in Dunfermline this week as she concluded seven years of study to qualify as a
solicitor.
Specialising in road traffic accident claims, she has accepted a newly qualified solicitor position with Watermans and will continue to work from the firm’s Dunfermline office in Pitreavie Business Park.
John Dillon, director and head of dispute resolution at Watermans, said: “We are delighted that Robyn has accepted a newly qualified position with Watermans following the completion of her traineeship. Robyn showed great promise from the beginning, embracing every opportunity and working hard to provide the best service for her clients.”
Ms Lynch said: “I am so pleased to have finally qualified after seven (long!) years of studying, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to continue working as an NQ in the Watermans Dispute Resolution team in Dunfermline.
“My favourite thing about my traineeship had to be the incredible support network in the firm. The hands-on approach that Watermans take with their trainees allows extensive development as a trainee solicitor, and makes the transition to being an NQ that much easier.”
