Ms Gibb joined the firm in 2011 as a trainee solicitor in the Edinburgh office.

Ms Raftery joined Clyde & Co’s Edinburgh office in 2017 as a senior associate, having previously been a solicitor at BLM from 2014.

She is also a dual-qualified solicitor who practises in Scotland and in England and Wales and specialises in regulatory and disciplinary matters.

She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in the regulation of professional conduct law and acts extensively for teachers and healthcare professionals before their respective regulators.

Ms Mitchell joined the firm’s Aberdeen office in 2020 and has over 10years’ experience specialising in regulatory work, particularly health and safety, environmental and road traffic matters, across a variety of industry sectors.

Vikki Melville, managing partner in Scotland, said: “These promotions reflect not only their individual expertise and hard work but also our ongoing commitment to developing and nurturing our talented professionals.

“Natalie, Claire and Kimberley have each played pivotal roles in delivering outstanding outcomes for our casualty and healthcare clients, and I have no doubt that they will continue to excel in their new positions.”
