Success for Arnot Manderson Advocates in Chambers Rankings

Arnot Manderson Advocates is delighted to report the impressive achievement of twenty-four individual Rankings (including twelve in Band 1) across twelve practice areas in the recently announced Chambers and Partners listings.

As well as the individual Rankings Arnot Manderson has achieved stable wide recognition in Tax (Band 1), Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Family/Matrimonial.

Andrew Young QC again leads the way with five individual rankings in the fields of Clinical Negligence, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Tax, Personal Injury and Professional Negligence. Other seniors with multiple rankings include Jonathan Mitchell QC in Administrative & Public Law and Civil Liberties & Human Rights and Iain Mitchell QC in Intellectual Property and IT.

The stable continues to collect rankings in a varied set of practice areas and typifying this across the board strength are the four stable members with rankings in multiple fields. Besides the aforementioned there are Shona Haldane QC, Nick Gardiner and Arabella Tait all in Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury.

In the Family/Matrimonial field there is Band 1 recognition for Nicola Gilchrist and Marie Clark. They are joined in the rankings by experienced junior Alan Inglis.

There is Band 1 recognition for David Small in Tax, Duncan Hamilton in Media Law and David Turner in Real Estate.

Martin Crawford is rewarded with an Up and Coming ranking in the PI category where it was noted “He is very capable and protects his clients’ interests.” David Turner was also rewarded with an Up and Coming ranking in the Commercial Dispute Resolution category where it was noted ”He is superb in every respect. His opinion work is excellent: thoroughly researched and explained.”

There was also high praise for the experienced clerking team, about whom it was noted: “The clerking service is excellent and the clerks are all so lovely to deal with – nothing is ever a bother. They are organised, efficient and always do their utmost to get diaries and dates resolved”.
