Based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, Mr Perdikou advises clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, including investment transactions, leasing, development projects and real estate finance.

His experience includes advising on multi-let assets, such as office buildings and industrial estates, development sites and associated land rights. He also works closely with major commercial landlords on strategic and day-to-day estate management.
