Mr Sim has spent the past eight years running his own legal practice - Sim Legal - having previously been a partner at Ledingham Chalmers, McClure Naismith and Harper Macleod.

Mr Sim, who acts for developers, investors, landlords and occupiers, said: “Lindsays is the ideal fit for my clients and for me. He has advised on a considerable number of medical centre projects in recent years, as well as filling stations, renewable development schemes, hotels, retail and residential developments.
