Inksters Solicitors is now offering construction law advice to clients as Peter McLean-Buechel joins the firm as a consultant solicitor in its Glasgow office.

Mr McLean-Buechel brings four decades of experience in construction law to Inksters. He is qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and England & Wales and a notary public in Scotland as well as being a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. His credentials as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators qualify him as an able representative in arbitration proceedings as well as enabling him to sit as an arbitrator in his own right.

He advises and assists in all matters relating to construction and civil engineering, both contentious and non-contentious, at home and abroad.

Brian Inkster, founder and CEO of Inksters, said: “It is great to have Peter join us and bring with him his vast experience in construction law. This adds a new string to our bow, which will be of great benefit to existing and new clients.”

Mr McLean-Buechel said: “I am delighted to be joining such a forward thinking law firm, the like of which I have been unable to find in Scotland, probably because it comes from a unique and driven principal, Brian Inkster.”
