New standing junior counsel to UK government named

The Advocate General for Scotland, Lord Stewart of Dirleton KC, has announced new additions to his general panel of standing junior counsel to deal with UK government work arising in the Scottish courts.

The appointments are as follows: Alan Cowan, Andrew Crawford, Andrew Crosbie, Ayla Iridag, Christopher Stephen, Grant Markie and Yvonne Waugh.

Lord Stewart congratulated all of those who have been successful, and welcomed the new additions to the panel.
