Ms Kelly will begin her traineeship within the firm’s conveyancing team, where she will be mentored by associate director and conveyancing solicitor Karianne Falconer.

Ms Convey joined MJC LAW as a legal secretary in August 2025 and has now been promoted to trainee legal assistant as she enters the fourth and final honours year of her law degree at the University of Strathclyde.

The new role will allow her to continue her studies while building on the practical experience she has gained since joining the firm.

Courtney will continue her studies towards a university law degree while gaining rich experience of life at a firm of solicitors.
