New law firm Attuned launches in Dundee
Kirk Dailly and Campbell Clark
A boutique legal studio built on decades of corporate and commercial expertise has launched in Dundee.
Attuned is founded by Campbell Clark and Kirk Dailly, who bring a track record of supporting innovative and ambitious businesses through mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions and commercial contracts.
The niche practice, the only one of its kind in the region, aims to support ambitious growth companies operating in sectors including technology and innovation, video games and interactive media, life sciences, and investment.
Mr Clark said: “We want to work with companies that have a passion for innovation and ambitions for growth. Whether large or small, we will support them throughout their journey, providing strategic guidance that helps them build, deal and scale.
“Scotland is home to a wealth of outward-looking businesses operating nationally and internationally. Drawing on our experience of building global connections, we can provide the legal and commercial expertise they need to succeed on the world stage.
“I’ve always believed that, for Dundee to grow and develop successful businesses within global markets, it needs a strong professional services community. We exist to give clients what they deserve: lawyers who think like founders, business owners and investors.”
Mr Dailly added: “By focusing on our specialist areas of expertise and interest, we wanted to create something different – collaborative outside counsel that functions like in-house counsel and a genuine extension of our clients’ teams.
“We go beyond legal advice. Our board-level experience across a range of organisations allows us to bring a strategic perspective that helps clients make better decisions as their businesses evolve.
“We know that our clients often need to move quickly. By working as an embedded part of their team, we remove legal friction, and our deliberate use of legal technology and AI allows us to focus on delivering the commercial and sector insights that make the real difference.”
