New employment judges appointed

The Lord President, Lord Pentland, has appointed new employment judges in Scotland.
The new salaried judges in the Dundee Office of Employment Tribunals are:
- Robert Phillips – 16 March 2026
- Debbie Fellows – 27 July 2026
The fee-paid judges are:
- Emma McIlveen
- Katy Wedderburn
- Paman Singh
- Paul Rae
The fee-paid employment judges will take up post on 1 March 2026.
Judge Susan Walker, president of Employment Tribunals (Scotland) welcomed the new judges, highlighting their specialist knowledge in employment law and expressing confidence in the contribution they will make to the tribunal’s work.
