New appointments to Pensions Appeal Tribunal Scotland

The Lord President, Lord Pentland, has appointed nine members to the Pensions Appeal Tribunal Scotland effective from 1 September 2026.
The new members include legal, medical and service:
- Barry Price
- Hazel Craik
- John MacGregor KC
- Stuart Wilson
- Thomas Hempleman
- Vincent McGovern
- Dr Justine F McCulloch
- Col. Donald Mack
- Col. Michael Bullard
Andrew Webster KC, president of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal Scotland, welcomed the new members, highlighting their specialist knowledge and expressing confidence in the contribution they will make to the tribunal’s work.
