Networking in difficult times

MBM Commercial has provided a good example of networking on behalf of its clients in difficult times.

In a post it said: “When colleagues Zara Diloo and Rachel Miele were chatting, Zara found out that some front line workers Rachel knew couldn’t get the hand sanitiser needed. Zara swung into action. She knew the client Muckle Brig had switched from gin production to bottling and labeling hand sanitiser as part of their community effort to fight COVID-19 in support of frontline workers.

“So, a few calls were made to connect folks and, within a couple of hours, front line workers in Leith and Haddington police stations had their hands on a box of ‘Leithal Sanitiser’ from the team at Port Leith Distillery. That’s connecting people for the better.”

In the coming weeks, MBM staff will be helping to support mental health charities who are dealing with more demand for their resources in the current climate.
