Duncan Mackinnon
McCash & Hunter LLP has welcomed Duncan Mackinnon as a consultant to its family law department.
Mr Mackinnon has been practising in child law since 1991 and has been a Law Society accredited specialist in the field for many years.
As well as representing parents, carers and children, he has represented local authorities, and has prepared child welfare reports for courts across the east of Scotland for years.
