Macdonald Henderson advises Inspire Scotland

Macdonald Henderson has advised Inspire Scotland on the acquisition of Gladstone Childcare.
Inspire Scotland is a provider of residential care and Gladstone Childcare provides services to children across Scotland.
Inspire Scotland’s managing director Michael Doolin said: “This development is a positive step for Inspire Scotland and supports the delivery of our strategy as we move through 2020 whilst reaching more children and young people nationally and improving their life chances to be the best they can be”.
The Macdonald Henderson team was led by Fraser Morrison (corporate) and Stacy Campbell (commercial property and banking).
Mr Doolin added: “We have worked closely and extensively with Macdonald Henderson on this transaction and were advised greatly throughout this process.
“I am delighted with the service which was provided to us as a group and with such a positive outcome.”
