The nephew of Lord Ross has led tributes in an obituary published by The Courier in the late judge’s native Dundee.
Lord Ross, who served as lord justice clerk from 1985 to 1997, passed away on 26 April 2025 at the age of 98.
He is remembered by nephew Kenneth Ross as a family man, a proud Dundonian and one of the great Scottish judges of his generation.
