Lecture: the political universes of international courts
The Glasgow Centre for International Law and Security is to host a lecture by Sally Langrish later this month.
Ms Langrish was appointed foreign, commonwealth & development office legal adviser (director general, legal) in May 2022.
The lecture will explore the development of international courts and how governments, domestic courts and politics are increasingly interconnected with their work.
It will ask: what is the impact of this interconnectedness for international dispute resolution and how does the landscape look from a government perspective?
