Insurance lawyers Amy Dignan and Jenna Green have been promoted to legal director and senior associate respectively.

Across the firm’s global offices, Kennedys has elevated 31 senior associates to legal director (or ‘of counsel’ or ‘special counsel’ in some jurisdictions) and 45 to senior associate.

This follows 21 partner promotions earlier this year, the firm’s largest cohort since 2022, marking a sixth consecutive year of double-digit partner promotions.

Kennedys recently reported record revenue of £428 million for the 2024/25 financial year.
