Juan Casal has been appointed as an associate in the corporate and commercial department in Edinburgh.

He brings with him a wealth of experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.

Mr Casal completed his legal qualification in Argentina before re-qualifying in English law in 2021. He has worked in-house at top-ranked firms in Argentina, England and Scotland.

Mr Casal’s appointment is the latest of a recent series in Lindsays’ corporate department, following those of Nicholas Howie as a partner and Carla Mitchell as a solicitor, both based in Glasgow.
