Jane Clemetson joins Inksters in London

Jane Clemetson has joined Inksters Solicitors in London.

Ms Clemetson, a solicitor in England and Wales, is as freelance business affairs, IP, data protection and AI lawyer focussing on advising entertainment and creative businesses.

She has worked for PPL (the UK’s music licensing company) and Sony Music as well as advising EMI and other music and news publishers (including Reach plc (formerly Trinity Mirror plc), News UK, and Telegraph Media Group). Her practice covers everything from the development, production and distribution of audio and audio-visual content, music, newspaper, book and magazine publishing and podcasts as well as advertising, marketing, sponsorship, events and social media in addition to advising on data protection and AI.

Inksters is now bringing Ms Clemetson’s legal expertise to the Scottish business market.
