Ms Morrison holds a dual qualifying LLB from the University of Dundee, where she also obtained her Diploma in Legal Practice.

She told Scottish Legal News: “I am delighted to have been offered a traineeship at Duncan & McConnell Solicitors, primarily in the areas of family and criminal law.

“I have been carrying out legal work experience at the firm for a number of months in these areas and the experience has been incomparable.

“The talented solicitors and staff that I will be working alongside have been incredibly supportive and constructive so far and I plan to put their guidance to good use over the course of my traineeship.”

Director David Duncan said: “We are pleased to offer Holly a traineeship after being impressed by her during her time with us and look forward to building on that over the coming months.”
